Healthcare Packages (Senior Wellness and Puppy/Kitten Packages)

As pets age, their need for diagnostic testing beyond a physical exam increases. These diagnostic tests (blood pressure checks, blood work, urine tests, thyroid tests) can help detect diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes and kidney disease, before signs of illness develop. We offer a Senior Wellness Package for all dogs over 7 years old and all cats over 8-9 years old. For dogs, the package includes a complete blood count, blood chemistry panel, EKG, urinalysis, and blood pressure check. For cats, the package includes all the above, plus a thyroid hormone level test. Other testing, such as chest x-rays may be added based on you pets' needs. Please call our office for prices or to schedule an appointment.

Puppies need a series of visits to help ensure their health as they grow and develop. We offer a package for these three to four necessary visits. The package includes all their basic examinations, intestinal worm tests, vaccinations, basic dewormers, and a six-month supply of heartworm prevention. Items not included are flea control products and visits or medications if your puppy requires treatment for illness or injury. Please call our office for prices or to schedule an appointment.

Kittens also need a series of visits to help ensure their health as they grow and develop. We offer several packages for these two to four necessary visits. The packages include all their basic examinations, intestinal worm tests, vaccinations (based on lifestyle) and basic de-wormers. Also, since most people don’t want their cats to breed, the kitten wellness packages include spay or neuter surgeries. Items not included are flea/tick control products, heartworm preventatives and visits or medications if your kitten requires treatment for illness or injury. Please call our office for prices or to schedule an appointment.
